* About Koh Phra Thong accommodation - Most of the accommodation options on Koh Phra Thong are run by local people. They do not have automatic booking systems so whenever an availability request is made then we have to check availability with the provider. Sometimes we get a quick answer and at other times we have to wait for a call back. This means that your accommodation enquiry should normally take under two hours but could take longer. You should have heard back from us within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience.
* Your Privacy - We wll not pass on your information to any other 3rd party. We require your name & e-mail address only so that we can contact you to advise of accommodation availability status. Your details will only be passed on to your resort once you have mde a booking.
* Pricing - All accommodation is priced at the best rate. If you were to turn up at any of the accommodation providers on this website then you should receive the same rate as the online rate. We often have promotional rates which are not available through any other source. Please see our terms & conditions for more information on pricing policy.
* Transfers - Quotes may or may not include transfers from Khuraburi town (or further afield) to Koh Phra Thong. This is because it is more difficult to travel in this remote part of Thailand than the more touristic parts. There are no tuk-tuks or songthaews and local boats to and from Koh Phra Thong do not travel at the same time each day. As such some accomodation providers prefer that we organise the transfers. Please see our travel notes page for more details.
* Booking - On acceptance of the quote, we will request a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will be quoted in Thai Baht and converted into your preferred currency for payment. We will send a secure link by PayPal. You can pay the PayPal request with your own (or a friend's PayPal account) or by Credit Card if you prefer.Please see our terms & conditions for greater detail on the booking process.
